With over 20 years of serving clients across London, All in One is a trusted home building company dedicated to creating exceptional living spaces. Our expertise spans the entire city, with a specific focus on the vibrant communities of North London, including Camden, Islington, Hackney, and Haringey. Our commitment to excellence is evident in every project, particularly within conservation areas, where we excel at preserving architectural heritage while integrating modern design and functionality.
Our founder and Managing Director, Radek Grzelka, arrived in London from Poland in 2004, aiming to leverage the skills inherited from his family's bespoke metal works business. He embarked on a full apprenticeship with a prominent London-based building company, quickly ascending to senior positions within the organisation. In 2015, he established All in One, focusing on delivering high-quality building solutions for the mid to high-end sector.

Over the course of demolition, we may also identify opportunities to enhance the scope of your project, which we will immediately raise with you for discussion. For example, in a recent project, upon excavation of the foundation we determined it was feasible to dig out in order to create more generous ceiling heights of for the final build.
